This ongoing Supper Club series runs on select dates from April through August in Lahaina, giving guests multiple opportunities to experience Chef Alvin’s evolving menus throughout the season.

Each Supper Club is a one-night-only dining event featuring a thoughtfully curated multi-course menu. While menus are still to be announced, guests can expect a dynamic and seasonal experience inspired by Chef Alvin’s signature style and global influences.

Set in the laid-back, high-energy atmosphere of Coco Deck, this intimate dinner offers a more elevated and personal way to experience the kitchen. Whether you're a returning guest or joining us for the first time, every Supper Club brings something new to the table.

Seating is limited to maintain an intimate dining experience, and these events are expected to fill quickly once reservations open.
