We're honored to share that Executive Chef Alvin Savella will be one of the featured chefs during Palengke Night on Friday, July 17, the opening celebration of the three-day Lahaina Homecoming event.

Taking place along Front Street, Lahaina Homecoming is a community gathering centered on culture, connection, and recovery. The event was created to bring residents, families, businesses, and visitors together to celebrate Lahaina's spirit while honoring its past and supporting its future. Throughout the weekend, guests can enjoy local food, music, storytelling, cultural experiences, and opportunities to reconnect with the community that makes Lahaina so special.

Chef Alvin is excited to be part of this meaningful evening, serving up a menu inspired by local favorites and classic comfort food. Stop by and enjoy juicy burgers, flavorful fried saimin, fresh poke bowls, and nostalgic root beer floats, perfect for sharing with family and friends while taking in the festivities.
